Q.

My baby is having green stool for past month. I dont get to empty my breast and she stops feeding. I am producing more milk so she gets only foremilk. She is exclusively breastfeed and dont accept bottle. What can be done?

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products vegetables cereals fenugreek ajwain ghee rich diet to increase your milk More sucking leads to more milk Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
