Q.

hello I stopped giving milk to my baby. but my milk producing more more and breast becoming very tight and am very painfull. how can I stop breast milk

A. now my baby is 20 months old. i am in the situation that i have to leave my baby with my mother so i have to stop

A. Hi dear good evening don't stop breath feeding till 2.5 years. Try to stop it slowly. Gradually cut down the intake. Day time try to nurse more and frequently like should compensate for night hours. Distract with toys songs or take for walk whenever they demand.
