my baby is having fever 100.5...he doesn't have any other symptoms..we r giving him calpol drops every 6 hrs..wat cud be the reason for this fever..he has fever since yesterday..after medicine the fever subsides but then reoccurs

A. Seasonal viral infection might be reason, give paracetamol in every 6 hours. and Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment
