my 3yr old has fever but no other symptom, got her checked and ruled out Urine infection. still has fever after every 5 hrs. wat could be the reason

A. Since when she having fever? give lots of water and, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
