Q.

my baby is having cough and fever from two days. i will gave her paracetamol two times but fever keeps coming back.. currently I have no other medicine available what can I do.

A. dear mom. just give her syp paracetomol in every 6 hourly for 3 days, if mo sny improvement, then furtger it is good to visot your local doctor. o k
