Q.
my baby is having cold blocked nose from past 5 days. i am practicing home remedies only still nose block is not improved . please suggest me what to do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. nasomist drop vv. in monsoon season there will be recurrent viral infections main reason for cold and cough sometimes it can be because of allergies also please give steam inhalation frequently and antihistamins

You can use nasal drops 3 to 4 times in the day like a gap of every 4 to 5 hours depending also you can use a pillow under the head of the child like a mustard pillow so the head is going to be elevated the breathing is going to be easy also you can give steam inhalation indirectly to your child
