Doctor, my son is 6 years old and he having cold, runny nose and nose block from last one month, pls suggest remedies to cure runny nose and nose block.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Hi, daily give turmeric milk n give sitopaladi churn with honey.. you may also do ajwain potli sek. avoid cold winds, cold climate, cold nature food.

Karthik jyothiMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello doctor, my twin 1 and twin 2 birth weight was 2.76 kg and 2 kg respectively. now they r 4 months 25days old . twin 1 weight is 7 kg and twin 2 weight is 5 kg presently . is it ok ? I have very low breast milk from a month. how else can I increase their weights? pls suggest.
