My baby is having a growth like skin near her motion place... can you please suggest why it has come and precaution

Ma’am without an assessment we cannot confirm what it could be but maybe it is just nothing a skin tag which a lot of kids have but if it is not interfering in anything having no pain or anything any kind of discomfort your child is facing them in that case you can visit your doctor
