my baby is got such large boils..it's not mosquito bite but what is it?? what should I apply on it

Sometimes these things can be associated with some infection sometimes small box chickenpox and sometimes it could be associated with hand foot and mouth disease so if it is spreading or having fever alongside then it’s advisable for you to have an assessment with paediatrician they can confirm what kind of a problem it is and can suggest you treatment as well
