my baby is going to be two year old this month.His birth weight is 2.510 kg. now he weighs only 9.2 kg. He takes his food correctly. He is very smart and is doing all activities. But he is not gaining weight. what can i do?

A. I think your child could be going to some nutritional deficiency specially Iron and multivitamin so it is better to check with your doctor will be able to help you with the right kind of supplement that you can go ahead with as of now
