my baby is going to be 3months old recently and she only based on my breast milk she can't take formula milk but from few days I am feeling low breast milk...what to do now how to increase it?

A. hello if the bm is not sufficient then you will have no other option but give infant formula using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug so baby takes but you can also try to have lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion which can help too
