my baby is going poop for every meal and from last 2 days he is going poop before and after meal so he is getting so weak by looking but active for playing and what should it indicates please tell me
I went to doctor but he told nothing to worry but baby getting weak I am worrying about him

some days it's like habitual like perday 3 to 4 times he do poop 
but now it's increasing to 7 to 9 times per day he getting so weak at end of the day ..please suggest me how to cure to my baby from around 7 months he is facing this issue and he is not getting weight from last 7 months
at his 9th month weight is 8.6kgs now also same 8.6kgs(at 15+months)
can you please suggest which assessment is needed to my I will do it

Potty after  Every Meal could be because of many reasons like some chronic infectihuon which could be amoebiasis or indigestion or could be habitual also so  it needs proper assessment to rule out the causue
