My baby is getting red pimples near private parts is this diaper rashes? i am using ezinapi Cream before putting diaper even though there is a rashes please suggest some good cream or home remedies.

A. it is most probably diaper rashes.. apply rashfree cream or sofirash cream 3 to 4 time a day. avoid using diaper for longer time duration. keep good hygiene
