Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi I advise to apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it keep your child in cool and dry place prefer collar less Cotton clothes for your child. use gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes to clean this part. maintain good hygiene
