my baby is five months old and I don't know from where but there was mehndi in his nose what should I do

When was anybody using it into the head or into the hand somebody may have taken your child into the lab that is why it may have happened because these are the only reasons it is not going to come on it soon so figure that out if your child is not showing any sign of comfort then don’t worry about it
