Q.

my baby is feeding today he is 22 days. right side I have breast lump . it is painfull and hard in that portion. i think milk is stucked in that area . what is the solution for that pls help

A. you can take soft towel and dip it in warm water and apply this towel over that painful are where the milk must have got clogged. fo this a couple if tines in the day. it's quite common in breastfeeding. but take care and if it's too much then better to consult your pediatrician or gynaecologist once.
