My baby is experiencing stomach pain with smelly farts throughout the night, but these symptoms disappear during the day. He cries and contorts his body till the time he is not able to pass the fart. What shall I do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper bvuurping after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such syhmptoms .

This is due to colic pain or gas in stomach.
Give colic aid or gastica drops to ur baby. This will help to expel gas from stomach and give relief to baby from pain
