Check for other sign like yellow eyes. Please consult doc in this regards. If it is on daily basis, then it could be sign of jaundice in extreme case.
If it is sometimes then this shows lack of water in the body. Give exclusive breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed.
