it happens because of dehydration or Infection
so if there is other symptoms like fever, irritability,urine with fishy or foul smell then you must consult your pediatrician.
please avoid using diapers for now.
keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes.
offer plenty of breastfeeds.
make sure your child get enough milk.
