A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and if she is doing her lips licking then either she is having hunger or her lips are dry and itching too

A. that is normal. It looks to be a normal thing in babies so doesn't need to be worried for but if you feel so that there is a problem then can consult a doctor for this otherwise just wait and watch
