my baby continusly keeps making smacking sounds with her mouth

A. it is okay to smacking no problem for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

A. Sometimes when a child starts to have its teeth it take and take out certain sounds like that so in this case probably one of the possibly be one of the biggest reasons behind it so currently I would just advise you that you please check with your doctor if you are unable to understand that
