Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies.
If it is associated gr with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.

There may be some indigestion or due to formula milk
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
