my baby is chewing his tongue and rubs his tongue with hard surface plus he doesn't eat properly

Teething Maybe happening which is why your child is behaving like this and if your child is not eating properly then maybe definitely your child is having its teeth because all these things seem interconnected to me so just check the gums of your child for further understanding
