My baby is being cranky and crying a lot from past 3 days, not eating properly, having one motion a day and urinating less. She vomited twice after having bottle feed and had fever. What could possibly be the underlying situation here ??

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out anxd managed accordbiingly .
