my baby is 14 months old. now a days he is not eating properly and is very cranky. he was a very happy boy and now a days keeps crying a lot . how to provide him proper nutrition

it is happened due to indigestion or due to weather changes
please give easily digestible food
please avoid packaged food
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
please give daily sun light
