U I should consult a child psychologist ones they will advise if your child needs to go for any kind of therapy like OT or speech and with my personal experience I would like to tell you that you go ahead with your child is really very small right now if you get the correct treatment right now homoeopathic treatment can make your child better within six months to 1 year to quite a good extent because your child is too small and you have diagnostic really very early so homoeopathic treatment along with that go ahead with whatever therapies your doctor going to suggest you but trust me even if somebody says no go for homeopathy you will get good results
