RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 week agoA. Give lots and lots of water fibre and fluids in the diet include buttermilk daily twice in a day which will help in relieving constipation also apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping that also works for good digestion and easy motion
