Q.

My baby is 9 months old. Her meal plan is as follows. Breastmilk Breakfast(Ragi/Fruits/Veggies) Lunch(Dal Rice porridge) Breastmilk Evening ( Fruit Juice)/ Breastmilk Dinner ( Dal Rice Porridge) Breastmilk Can anyone help me know if the above plan is right. Also the quantity of each meal and breastmilk. As my baby wakes up crying every night. What should be the ideal time for dinner for babies.

A. it's good.. continue with it.. Let the baby decide the quantity. Do not force feed or distraction feed. before sleep give sufficient feeding. Make sure the room temp is not to warm or cold and there are dim lights, even your cell phone should be off .

A. Hi mommy Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Make meal time fun with toys Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana Wash hands often before touching your baby
