my baby is 9 months old and she has extreme dry skin and now as winter pasing she got scales on legs what care should I take for her suggest me any remedies soaps and lotions

during winters use Vaseline pure petroleum jelly. It contains no impurities because it is triple-purified and highly refined.
Applying petroleum jelly will lock in that moisture. best during winters, comuts, some rashes.
