My baby is 9 months, from 2days she is peeing within 15-30 mins of fluid is given, is it a concern? What might be the cause?

Should we do any other tests?
And she is also not gaining weight after starting solids.

Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek guidance. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for the child and follow your doctors advice.
