my baby is 9 month old and he is scared of many things like balloons, garlands and lords status is that at this age or I need to consent usually at this age babies love to play with balloons and all the babies stuff like doll etc

A. no need to worry about it. this is common with many kids and this behaviour will change with time as the baby grows. no need to consult any doctor do special effort to change this behaviour of the baby.
