my baby is 8 months old she is stooling very hard what should I do to make it free

A. Hai good morning !! Include fibre rich foods (fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, millets), adequate water, fluids for increasing bowel movements. Do tummy massage daily, apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil on baby's tummy and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with the help of the fingers.
