my baby is having constipation and stomach problem doctor has given her bifilic 5gm and norfloxacin suspension flox. but my daughter sleeps a lot after taking this medicine and after waking up she cries a lot . is this medicine correct for 8 months old

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months .
you can give bonnisan drops and some gyenzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical shupervision .
