my baby is 8 months old but he has one front teeth only at the age of 5 after that no teeth why

A. See the gums have to be ready to for another in option the other will also come over the period I cannot tell you why this is not happening but I can tell you it can easily happen by the time of 36 months on the higher side that the child is going to have all its teeth so no problem as of now
