How many teeth does a child have at the age of 1year 8 months? My baby has 18 teeth. Is it possible that he is still growing some teeth at this age.

so wait, remaining milk teeth will erupt in due course of time..as multiple teeth have erupted hope you have started brushing your kid's teeth..
