Q.

my baby is 8 months old and he does not eat solid food,, and whenever i give him solid he always vomit ,, what to do ???

A. hello mom when ever weaning foods are introduced for the baby remember to start with liquid consistency first and then gradually move to semi solid and then soft consistency foods,this way they get used to easily also remember to start one thing at a time in small quantities and then slowly increase the quantity, variety and number of meals, also add in some flavours to make food palatable,
