My baby is 8 months and there is dry skin patch on her right shoulder just below neck.. first fee days it was little red color and now dry skin on it... its because os summer,,, or cloths... or what???

Atogla Cream you can apply regularly on to that it could be due to any of the reasons that you mentioned but mostly it is due to eat only so you can go ahead with applying to scream regularly on to that area I am sure over the period it is going to settle down
