my baby is 8 month old... it is like burnt skin and red patches in his arms.

This is like a mosquito bite I would recommend you to apply a mixture of coconut oil and camphor on to that this is going to be a very good make sure that you can use on a regular basis to keep mosquitoes away and will also help in eliminating mosquito bites
