My baby is 8 month old but wight is 6.6 kg… is she normal

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 months agoA. dear mum, a weight of 6.6 kg is slightly on the lower side for your baby at the age of 8 months. baby should double the birth weight by 5 months.

Look your child should be at least 4 kg minimum more than the birth weight as we expect the child to gain at least 500 g in a month so that is how you can evaluate on the basis of the birth weight so you will know but in general standard it seems a little less
