my baby is 7m 24d old she is having fever and vomiting since from 5 days what medicine and antibiotics to give plz suggested

A. not advisable to take medicines without consulting a doctor Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
