My child is suffering from 101.1 fever she is 10 yr 7m old..please advise us which medicine should i give her and dose..

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
codsld sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
