my baby is 7 weeks old she has gone through meconium aspiration syndrome at birth time but now she is fn at the time of discahrge her weight was 2.5 kg but after 1 month her weight is 3 kg her growth is slow what can I do to increase her weight

A. Hello mom as the baby had a health condition hence would take time to recover though normally also as far as their is weight gain happening its good. Babies are also expected to gain about 300 gm to 1 kg monthly and by the age of 4 to 6 months they almost double their birth weight.
