My baby is 7 months old he is passing mehendi green stools since 10 days and i have observed it after starting nan pro 2 he is passing it or is it because he might be teething

A. there is a possibility that the child might not be tolerated the formula milk you are giving but you have to rule out simple gastritis also as well as infection so kindly visit your doctor who will take relevant history and guide you
