Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start wbhith one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day

Yes You can give it every day but you will have to give different varieties to the child because if you keep giving the similar kind of food your child will be bored of this to so add the different varieties of stuff like mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato fruits of all kinds you can give quinoa oats ragi as well but at the same time I would like to tell you to add all the necessary spices please including
