My baby is 7 months old and i have started solids but he doesnt drink enough water and while pooping he pushes very hard. Also he is breastfed baby. How should i motivate him to drink water. Whenever i try to make him drink he spit it out.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and if baby don’t drink water then you can give baby coconut water lime water and other drinks and also you can give baby prune juice as it is very effective in constipation. Take care
