My baby is 7 months and 2 weeks old and she is mostly on solids. Eats 4 meals a day and around 300 ml milk in a day. Is that ok? Or should I cut down on solids to accommodate more formula milk

A. Hello dear parent, it is very good if your baby eats solid more. Because solid help in better growth. Milk you can give twice in a day. You can reduce the quantity if baby has eaten solid on time. Good luck and take care
