Q.

My baby is 8.5 months old and had stopped breast feeding after 4 months and was on formula but since last 1 month he is refusing to have formula. He hardly takes 300 ml of milk in an entire day. He is liking solids mostly but even if I don't give him solids and he is hungry...he will hardly take 60 ml of milk at a time. Please suggest how to increase his milk intake.

A. Try different bottled or milk powders. if s baby tummy is full then chekx if passing urine 7-8 times in 24 hours and if baby is looking content after every feed. And your breast may seem weightless after feed. If so baby is getting enough feed. Babies don't starve. They will sure cry if they are hungry. Just burp well after every feed. If baby is feeling content after feed then no isseus it means baby had fed well.
