Q.
My baby is 7 months 9 days old… how many meals should I give to her and what can I give to her in meals and also how much water intake should I give to her and also do I need to add ORS in water or can I give Normal water as well?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. yes, u can offer ur 7 month old baby 2 meal n 1 snack a day.
rest ct breast feeding. msy give 30 to 45 ml water.
can feed verity of porridge, khichdi, rice kamji, suji kheer, fruit n vegetable puree.
