Hi Sir My daughter is 7 months old. Can I give rice to her? and how many meals should I give?

Absolutely rice can be given to the child and you’re supposed to give proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner to the child that is what is going to be healthy along with that fruits one time which is also good to be given at the same time so that is how you need to proceed with the diet of your child from the age of seven months onwards
