Q.

My baby is 7 months 17 days old . Its been more than a week my baby is having severe cough n cold also unable to sleep eat or drink milk properly plz suggest something its getting bad

A. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily.r give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalatiron. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
